Development of skills is an important part of any person's personal wealth. Whenever someone wants to live a self-reliant life, it becomes necessary for him to be proficient in some knowledge. It is this excellence of the genre that makes its personality unique. India was called the golden bird only on the basis that the people here had tested their skills through cottage industries, due to which their life had become self-reliant. We have seen many times in the past that some things which do not require a lot of mechanical components or do not require any special engineering teacher can also adopt some skill with their common knowledge. Therefore, it becomes certain that whenever you advance your skills in any way, increase them, make them flow in a direction, then after a period of time, a special kind of development takes place in you, your abilities develop. There is a special kind of mental integration and hence you become a master of your skill and this mastery adds to your fame in the future. Therefore, development of skill and its practical use is very important. 65% of India's population is youth whose age is between 20 to 30 years. If these youth get a good career by going through various stages of skill development, then rest assured that in future these youth will be able to make their best contribution.
